NY College Sports Teams To See This Spring

There is nothing more thrilling than having your teenager involved in college sports. Cheering them on as their team wins games again and again is one of the greatest and happiest experiences for parents. It is also a great opportunity for your kids to be spotted by sports agents that may further their careers.

When you are traveling to see the different sports teams in New York, you don’t want to leave any of the family behind. Charter a bus and go to the college stadiums to root for your favorite college team. Some teams you may want to see include:

Fordham Rams: Watch the Fordham University Rams baseball team play at Houlihan Park. The 2014 season started on February 14 as you can listen to the crack of the bat and cheer for the players rounding the bases at Coffey Field in the Bronx.

Syracuse Orange: College basketball never flies under the radar of the true fans, and there are dozens of games left to be played on the court. Watch the Syracuse Orange try to make the Final Four to win at the top for the season as they play at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse.

Union Dutchmen: While the National Hockey League is being played across the country, so too are the college hockey teams taking to the ice to finish out their season in the spring. The Union Dutchmen ice hockey team is at the top of the standings for the ECAC as you can watch them play at the Frank L. Messa Rink in the Achilles Center in Schenectady, NY.

Whatever type of college sports you enjoy, you can charter a bus to the stadium to catch every game as you cheer your all-star to the championships.
