What is it about these brain-dead flesh eaters that continues to enchant us through uncountable films, video games, comic books and live events? Maybe it’s the way Romero imbued them with timely satire, no matter what time period he dropped them in. Or maybe we just like seeing people mow down the shambling undead masses.
