See the States: Miami, Florida

With the expansion of the railway system, the Great Freeze of the late 19th Century and the population growth of the United States in general at the time, the city of Miami exploded in popularity during the early 20th century and found itself especially prosperous during the 1920s. Subsequently, thanks to its prime location and some incredible timing, Miami became an Art Deco paradise and world class cultural destination, both of which are facets of this complex and beautiful city that remain true even today.

Hire a New York charter bus to take you Miami and you’ll find plenty to do and see in this internationally famous tourist hotspot. Check out Downtown Miami with its steel and glass skyscrapers perched on the edge of Biscayne Bay and visit Bayfront Park, where you can relax and enjoy the view, see the park’s famous sculptures or catch a show at either the Klipsch Amphitheater or the Tina Hills Pavilion.

Then go across the Bay to beautiful Miami Beach, where you can see literally hundreds of examples of gorgeous Art Deco architecture, spend the day on the picturesque beach itself and then enjoy the world class food and nightlife of Ocean Drive.

But Miami has more to offer than the tourist sights. Be sure to visit (and eat in) Little Haiti, see the murals near Little Havana and walk around the former horse racing track at Hialeah Park.
